Shipping & Returns

Packaging

All prints are shipped flat — never rolled. Each print is wrapped in acid-free tissue paper, placed against a rigid backing board, and sealed inside a sturdy flat mailer. This protects the archival paper from bending, moisture, and light during transit.

International shipments are further sealed in a waterproof outer sleeve and labelled fragile. Insurance is included on all international orders.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched from Cape Town, South Africa within 5–7 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing and local postal conditions. During peak periods (November–January) please allow additional time.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the print price or shipping cost.

All shipments are declared accurately as artwork / fine art prints at their full purchase value. We do not undervalue packages.

Returns Policy

Due to the limited edition and collectible nature of these prints, all sales are final. We encourage you to review all product details, dimensions, and images carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions before buying, please contact us.

Damaged or Lost Prints

In the rare event that your print arrives damaged, please:

  1. Photograph the damage to both the print and the packaging.
  2. Email hello@anakuni.com within 48 hours of receiving the package.
  3. Include your order details and photos in the email.

We will arrange a replacement print or full refund at no cost to you. Claims made after 48 hours of delivery cannot be processed.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us after the estimated delivery window has passed and we will investigate with the courier.
