Prints & Editions

What does "limited edition of 25" mean?

Each artwork is printed exactly 25 times — no more, ever. Each print is individually hand-signed by Ana in pencil and numbered (e.g. 3/25), confirming its place in the edition. Once the edition is sold out, it will not be reprinted.

What paper are the prints printed on?

All prints are produced on Hahnemühle archival museum-grade paper — the gold standard for fine art printing. This paper is acid-free and designed to last over 100 years without fading or yellowing when properly stored and displayed.

What size are the prints?

All current prints are 297mm × 420mm (A3 size / approximately 11.7" × 16.5"). They fit standard A3 frames available at most home decor and framing stores.

Is a frame included?

Frames are not included. The prints are sized to fit standard A3 frames. We recommend natural wood or clean white frames — both complement the work beautifully and allow the art to speak for itself. If you require assistance selecting or sourcing a frame, please contact us at hello@anakuni.com and we will be happy to advise.

Do I receive a certificate of authenticity?

Yes. Each print ships with a certificate of authenticity confirming the title, edition number, paper specification, and artist signature.

Payment

What payment methods are accepted?

Payments are processed securely via PayFast, South Africa's leading payment gateway. Accepted methods include: Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard), Instant EFT, SnapScan, Zapper, Masterpass, and Mobicred.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. All payments are handled by PayFast, which is PCI-DSS compliant and used by thousands of South African businesses. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

Can I pay in South African Rand (ZAR)?

Prints are listed in USD for international consistency. PayFast will handle the currency conversion if you're paying from a South African bank account. Contact hello@anakuni.com if you'd like a ZAR invoice.

Shipping

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, Ana ships worldwide from Cape Town, South Africa. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

How are prints packaged?

Prints are shipped flat in a rigid, protective mailer with acid-free backing board. They are never rolled. International shipments are insured and include tracking.

How long does shipping take?

Prints are dispatched within 5–7 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery to South Africa typically takes 3–5 days. International delivery is 7–21 days depending on destination and customs.

Are customs duties included?

Import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the buyer. We declare the correct value on all international shipments.

Returns & Damage

What is your return policy?

Due to the limited edition and collectible nature of the prints, all sales are final. If your print arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and packaging within 48 hours of receipt and email hello@anakuni.com — we will arrange a replacement at no cost.

What if my print arrives damaged?

In the rare event of damage in transit, please email hello@anakuni.com with photos of the damage and the packaging within 48 hours. We will replace or refund your print.
